Entry clearance or change of employer switch within the UK?? There is a difference and as you don't state visa expiry dates......2nd Entry Tier 2 general new employer switched on March 30th 2016.
3rd Entry clearence Tier 2 general new employement started May 21st 2018 to June 2020.

1st Visa out of country
Migrants under the Tier 2 (General) visa are no longer required to be continuously employed during their qualifying period in order to be eligible for settlement. If previously the allowed period of employment was no more than 60 days, now breaks will not have any impact on the application.
Hi before Jan 2018 if we apply for ILR and there is gap in employement more then 60 days.
