Tier1 dependant visa outside Uk

Hi friends and Gurus,

My baby was born in UK but she had to travel to Pakistan without visa for some family reasons.

I want to apply for her dependants visa from Pakistan.

Can someone guide me the steps.

I could not find any online application form for Tier1 child dependent.

Details are below:

My visa is valid till March 2020.

My daughter was born on 23/09/2017.

Her mother will accompany her who already has valid visa as my dependent.

Any kind of help will be really appreciated.
