Did you apply for PR under the EEA route or ILR under the UK immigration route?? There is a difference.

i am non eea national
married with eea national in 2009
residence card issued . 2012 . after 3 refusals through appeal
divorced feb 2015 then applied pr
pr refused sep2015 and appeal allowed june 2017 for pr

my daughter was born in august 2017 after my pr appeal allowed and and before my pr stamped on passport in sep 2017
i applied my daughter passport on the basis of my appeal and she has issued a british passport

HO have not issued stickers in passport for applications within the UK since early 2012.

PR is usually a blue card or a Biometric Residence Permit card (BRP). It is very unusual to have PR as a sticker in your passport.
