Visitor VISA rejected

Hello Friends,

My parents have submitted UK Visitor visa application at VSF, AHMEDABAD on 29th June 2018.
But, we still haven't receive any email from VFS saying that 'your application for UK visitor visa has been sent to Mumbai..'

Normally, VSF sends such email confirming that our application has been sent to Embassy.

I couldn't found any contact details of VFS

Could you please let me know what should I do ?

Please guide me..
