Regarding sponsoring My Parents

I wanted to sponsor my parents on my birthday from India in november .
Is there any suggestion or advice regarding paperwork to apply ?
How many months payslip Required ?
I live in rented 2 bedroom property with contract on my name .what kind of paperwork required from accommodation side?
How much of saving required to show ?
I work Full time ,permanent job , Do I need anything from my employer to show ?

Any advice and guidance is most welcome

What evidence of social, family, financial, employment, savings, property etc in home country will they show to prove they are genuine visitors and will leave the UK?

Have they visited the UK before?

How long are they planning to visit??

My Younger brother is India , They own property and land ,so i assume they can show that as that they are financially secured ?
My dad looks after everything
My dad does real estate business as well .
They have quienue reason to go back .
I am inviting for at least month or few weeks

Hi,

Last month, I applied visitor visa (VFS Delhi) for my mother with following documents. You can apply the visa in 3 months in advance (travelling date) but atleast 20 working days before.

Parent's Property document (house/land)
Parent's Bank Statement 6 months

Airlines return Ticket (not required before visa but I booked the ticket in advance)
Travel and health Insurance (not required before visa)

Your Passport copy Passport
Your ILR (Visa copy)
Your 3 months salary slip
Your 3 months Bank Statements
Your Rent Agreement (contract)


Your Invitation letter to Parents
Your Cover letter to Consulate in India
Parents Cover Letters to Consulate with both Signature


Parents Original Passport
Visa Appointment letter confirmation


(Now a days phyiscal photo is not required for the Visa. VFS will take digital photo while fingerprint)

I work full time ,plus part time ( Job Like cleaning ,Childminder.Full time job paid straight into bank ,part time job is being paid cash , Will they raise an question if cash is being deposited into the account /
Was married here , separated 4 years ago will that effect ?
Living in 2 bed flat ,2 bath flat with contract on my and her name ?
