I got HSMP approval in Jan. Can I apply for EC in May 2008?

I got HSMP approval in Jan. Can I apply for EC in May 2008?

I am an Indian citizen. I got HSMP approval in Jan. Can I apply for EC in May 2008? Or, do I need to switch to tier 1 to get the EC?

yup u can apply EC in May .. confirm this with VFS.
