Query: UK entry after Tier 2 visa approval

I understand that the temporary UK entry clearance is offered for 1 month, as mentioned on the Tier 2 General Visa. Can we enter UK few days before the expiry of 1 month? Or we have to maintain adequate buffer, so that the BRP can be collected before expiry of the 1 month?
For e.g, the 1 month is from 1st July to 30th July. Is it advisable to enter UK around 27th July? Or we need to keep some buffer, so that the BRP can be collected before 30th July? Any info on this would be helpful.

Will the BRP be ready before expiry of the vignette, if I travel towards the end of the vignette? I am not aware whether there is any relation between actual UK travel date and BRP processing, so this question.

You simply need to arrive before the expiry date. Collect your BRP with your passport as they will want to see the entry stamp.
