For a subsisting relationship will it not be enough to show screen shots on watsapp?It means I have to go there for wedding ceremony for photo session and then apply for spouse visa? If this is the case, how long will it take processing visa application? How much fee is ?

Does my wife need to pass A1 test when applying from Pakistan or can she do this when she will extend her visa? At what stage she needs to get TB certificate? I am confused when it says that sponsor ( in this case me) can send supporting documents along with application, can I do this seperately?

For a spouse visa, you need to earn and show evidence of earning £18,600pa for a minimum of 6 months. No additional income as British children are excluded from the financial calculation.

A1 English test needed for spouse visa from outside the UK. A2 English test needed when extending within the UK after the first 2.5 years.

TB required for application outside the UK.

You need to follow the process stated for Pakistan, which is likely that supporting documents get sent to Sheffield. Some centres I understand scan the supporting documents, but am not sure if it is Pakistan or India.

Yes Sheffield for Pakistan. Do I need to send my docs such as passport or tenancy agreement etc to Shefield assuming need to quote a unique reference number? And my wife has to sent some from Pakistan?

You will need to follow the instructions of the online application process which will tell you what to send where.

You do not have to send your original passport, photocopies are fine.

You must prove you can adequately accommodate your spouse and that the property is not overcrowded.
