Supporting documents returned.

I applied for a new in country tier 2 application due to change of employer. Online standard application made on June 21. Biometric enrolment done, visa fees debited. On july 11th got my supporting documents sent back through UPS delivery service including passport but without my current biometric residence card. Also got a letter stating that " Please find enclosed supporting evidence in relation to your application for Leave to Remain in the UK. You should have received a decision on your application." But I didn't receive any decision on my application. Do you think they will send my new biometric card later by post. Since there was no refusal letter can I remain positive that my application is successful.

i have received my biometric card first and then i received my supporting documents . it is just postal delay , you will get your new biometric card today or tomorrow .

no need to panic about it . yesterday i was in same situation .
