Withdraw an Appeal

Hi everyone,

Thank you all so much for all the advice provided. Our spouse visa was initially incorrectly refused. We appealed and put in a new application. Visa has been approved today (2nd application). The appeal is also approved as they called yesterday to hand in the passport.
Obviously they won't refund the visa fees. Just wanted to ask how to get the Health Surcharge fee back as we paid for both application separately so one should be refunded.
Once again very thankful for all the help you have provided over the years.
