My mum and dad come on visitor visa since 2008 and once a year they stay with me for 4 months and go back to India and live there for 9months and come back but recently they came for only three week and went back this was in June 2018 but can they come again end of August 2018 for 2weeks again as we planing to go some where on holiday in U.K. not outside Uk will it cause any problem for them if they come back as we are concern that officer might say why you come back early or it’s not an issue as they only stayed for 3 weeks on there last visit

If the visas are multiple entry & are in date then there should be no problem in them coming over.
