I'm going to apply for my ILR SET(M) next week. I was hoping someone could advise on the following:
1. what exactly are the requirements for the bank statements? I bank with first direct, they sent me the last 6 months statements with a cover letter signed, but nothing signed or stamped on the actual statements. Will this be ok?
2. I'm applying on the 5 year route, I entered the UK on 15 Jul 13 and and got the further leave to remain halfway through. On 2009 I had 2 student visas for the UK denied, which I have obviously always stated on my previous applications, which didn't seem to have caused any trouble, they never asked me for extra documents or interviews etc. Between 2010 and 2012 and came to the UK as a visitor 3x, once a year, and spent 2-3 months each time (out of 6 months allowed). So I never broke any immigration rules and I have never had visas denied for other countries. Question is: can I use the premium service? I'm pretty sure they used to say you can't use it if you have had a denied visa before, which is why I have never tried it, but when I looked this time it didn't say anything about that...
