URGENT : Dependant Visa Fee

hi

I am going to apply for a Work permit Visa (entry clearence) from Pakistan.
I have question that my family consists of my Wife and 2 Sons(2 yrs and 3yrs).

mine i know that as i am applying for a visa of more then 6 months the visa fee will be 75 GBP. what will be the fee for my wife and kids.

can anyone clarify please.
also if anyone from Pakistan tell me what documents they sent to the embassy when applying for work permit visa
