Advice & Evidence on a Successful FLR(M) Applicants

Post by Raymandosnr » Sun May 20, 2018 11:52 am

Visa Type: Spouse/Partner Leave to Enter (5 Year Route)

Hello all,

It's been a while since I posted on here, well since my wife got her visa after a rollercoaster of a ride.

Ever since that moment I feel no one will put as much effort and dedication into my wife's immigration case as me, and I like to think that using my common sense it should be straightforward.

I'm currently in the process of completing it so I was wondering if anybody could give me advise and tips in general regarding evidence of the application form itself.

Thank you all again.

If you don't have 6 documents/correspondence in joint names, you will be required to submit 6 each in single names (12).

Is this in addition to the 8x Documents in both our names, surely wouldn't it be the case of two single documents each to round it up to twelve?

Please advise

Should be fine providing they're spread fairly evenly over the 2.5 year qualifying period. How about Council Tax and TV licence?

Not required
My comments do not constitute immigration advice, if in doubt consult an immigration adviser/solicitor
