Yes we told this to bank and they confirm that they follow same template . Also they confirmed that Registered Directors of account means you both are signatory .

Furthermore same letter was provided at time of extension . Do you think this could be crucial ? Or i can send them bank statement now ?
If you are in doubt about the exact wording of the letter the bank has given you, just send a business bank statement.

Thanks for your suggestion .

I have spoken to bank officials and they confirmed that they have written Director are registered as Mr .... and mr ..... . Which means both are signatories and both are account holders .

I dont think so i should send anything . Also as i said extension time i sent the bank letter which did not show word signatory as well.

Thanks for all suggestions

Email correspondence from HO

Post by waseem84 » Wed Jun 20, 2018 5:35 pm

First of all sorry to senior members if this topic is been discussed before .

I have noticed some application for ILR, applicant received correspondence i.e. ack letter and monthly update through email . And some of them dont received any email at all but only post .
I have also seen if HO need some clarification or further docs they email applicant as well but again some time only by post . Do you think is their any specific reason or specific department who deals with it or its just my observation.

Please add your views . Thanks

Is it good idea to write to HO about not getting any correspondence/update emails froM HO?

I have noticed almost everyone receive monthly emails from HO keeping them inform about their application. The reason i am worried because maybe they try to email and ask something and i dont receive it ..

Reply will be appreciated .

I guess there's no harm in writing to them.
I think they usually write letters when requesting documents but sometimes they send emails asking for information as well.

Moreover can you please con firm if it is compulsory/optional to send busines bank statement. If it is compulsory for how much period do we need to send the business statement.

Have you send original business bank statement with your application? if not its not too late you can still submit the documents before HO make decision.

Good Luck
Hi "regularuser"
Is it compulsory to send business bank statements or just optional. If it is compulsory then for ho long do we have to send?
