Points For tier 2 general application

Hello Everyone

I have been offered a band 6 job with the NHS not a nurse or Doctor but a physiotherapist. I have my Master Degree from the UK . My employer is trying to get me a tier 2 visa . I would like to know how my points are calculated based on the point based system for Tier 2 visa General category . Pls Guys pls suggest
