tier 1 enterpreunure extension

Post by JRZ » Tue Jul 03, 2018 5:59 pm

Dear All

my tier 1 entprenure extension visa application
mailed 05/20
bio taken 05/27
then no news.

understood 2017 lots of delay for almost all non-premium application, and every application is unique, but any guru knows the "delay" in last year now better? is 8 weeks rare thing?

thanks

You can go through the timeline post yourself.

A decision in 8 weeks would be very good.

But otherwise, there is no real statistics on this. People in this forum is only a small section of applicants and most of them have some issues - so this forum is not the best place to get that information on from

IHS partial refund = higher chance of success?

Post by JRZ » Fri Jul 20, 2018 7:50 pm

posted 15 may 2018
bio 26 may
complex letter 27 june
IHS partial refund 29 june
so far no news...
but from past messages in the board, albeit no guarantee of success, i got the impression that ihs refund = higher chance of success, because:
i saw most cases succeeded shortly or some months after ihs refund
i did not saw a specific case ihs refund and later refused (even there is such a case, the numbers are limited, i guess)

is that right? any comments? thanks
