Notice Period After RCOS

Post by samhans12 » Sat Jul 21, 2018 8:53 pm

Hello Everybody,

So, RCOS has been successful after 3 attempt. My employer wants me to put down the papers with the current organization and join ASAP. Now, i want to know is it safe to put down the papers and apply for visa on the other side. Or should i wait for Visa?

Thanks

Same case like mine. My current employer has a 6 weeks notice period and my new employer in UK wants me to join ASAP after visa so I resigned on same day as I applied visa. It's always a chance and not ideal in any possible way.
