Hi to every one ,

I am working under tier 2 visa as a pharmacist since August 2015. I have engaged 2014 and want to get married in sepetembet. can someone guide me how to process dependent visa for my partner please

Here is the list of documents

1. Original passport
2. Photocopy of my Tier 2 BRP and passport
3. Proof of marriage:
4. Wedding photographs, wedding invitation card(If you have but not necessary )
5. Last 3-month bank statement (must have maintenance funds available last 90 days)
6. Evidence of accommodation in the UK (rental agreement)
7. Criminal record checks
8. Letter from my employer about my employment (contains name, address, job title, salary, job start date on employer letterhead)
9. Recent 3-month payslips
10. TB medical report

Many thanks for your answer . Is it essential to have a letter from my landlord ?the contract is on my name
My landlord is not happy to give me a letter .she wants reference from my husband and my husband never been in the Uk to provide reference

Regarding to criminal record (Uk authority is not aware of the process for obtaining criminal record from Iranian’s authority ) so how I can obtain criminal record check for my partner ?
I would really appreciate your reply and help

Many thanks for your reply ,I’m so confused do I need to provide criminal record check DBS or my partner in Iran ? Iran is not in the list for TB ,does he need to check for TB?
