Exceptional Circumstances

Post by moongesture » Wed Jul 18, 2018 12:14 pm

Are we able to define the exceptional circumstances with documentary evidence with Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR application if absence from the UK is more then 180 days for Example in 197 days while last few days was due to sever?

Due to what 'sever'???

Also, it is not only one single set of absence of 180 days. It is all absences of 180 days in ANY rolling 12 month period.

I had an absence during October - 13 & April -14 due to an injury which led me toward hospitalisation and ongoing treatment even here. I was away for a total of 197 days and since after never had any absence for more than 15/20 days in any consecutive period.

So to be clear:
  • 1. You had an injury while you were abroad.
  • 2. It required hospitilization.
  • 3. You were not cleared for travel by your doctors until around 180 - 190 days had passed.
Are each of these points correct? And can you demonstrate each of these points with documentary evidence?

Document everything and give it a try. Just remember, that it's only a suggestion. But I think you've got as good a shot as anybody.
