Online application referee declaration question

Hello,

Could someone please clarify something about the referees when doing the online application? Obviously, referees must sign a declaration, but where do I get this declaration from? Should I print the declaration from the paper Form AN, or will I be presented with a declaration to print once the online application has been completed?
