The printout of he application says CATEGORY: Non points based working visas and the TYPE says: Dependants up to 6 months.

I was trying to invite my cousin using a category of visa that will allow him to work.

Yes, under which category though??

You would have had the first option as 'work'. Second option would have been a visa cateogory like Tier 2 or Ancestry, etc or something along those lines and then the dependent option.

How much did this visa cost??

However there is no 'dependent 6 months' work visa category.

What is your immigration status in the UK?

Also, to apply for a dependent visa, there has to be a main NON PBS work visa holder, so who would that be?

There are very limited non Point Based visa, i.e. UK Ancestry visa for 5 years, Overseas Domestic Worker which he likely won't qualify for, overseas business representative which he likely also doesn't qualify for and an offshore worker. The last three needing sponsors.

If he do not qualify for domestic worker can I be his sponsor?
In any case can I withdraw the application and get full refund?

Thanks

Your cousin likely does not qualify for the Domestic worker visa and you can't sponsor him if he does not meet the requirements.
Domestic Workers in a Private Household visa wrote:You can apply for a visa to visit the UK with your employer if you:
are a domestic worker in a private household
have worked for your employer for at least one year...

Domestic workers include:
cleaners
chauffeurs
cooks
those providing personal care for the employer and their family
nannies
