Hello please can anyone enlighten me about series of letters i have been getting from the home office.
The first letter i got was the Home office saying they are ready to give me a descion on my case which has been with them since 2014.the home sent me a questionnaire which i replied and sent back to them.
The second letter i recieved was that i should send 4 passport photographs each of me and my dependant and also any other documents which i did .
The 3rd letter i got was the Home office returning my sons birth certificate but i realised that the return address on the last letter was from the refused case management team....RCM-ADMIN2, is it that that my case has already been refused pls can someone enlighten me thank you.

give them what ever they want and they need pictures to update CRD and you will get Leave to remain as soon as possible .

Hi I am applying Further submission liver pool on 1/25/2018 we are living in the uk since 2015 with family and one of my child born here and when I arrived here as visitor visa went to ho straightaway for apply asylum all Appeal has been finished.I called Home Office liver pool but they said your case is under consideration how much more time for this process?kinly reply

I recvd biometrics from same team . Don't panic within 2 weeks u heard good news.

There is a Claiming Benefits sub forum for benefit questions. Please do not post them here. Child benefit is usually only back dated to 3 months.

you need to write to your case worker to remove restriction on your BRP and you are destitute and you got Asylum support approval. So hopefully HO will remove the restriction on your BRP .

Hi munir,i have made asylum fresh claim 2015, got marreid have a british child, 2 week ago i have received one stop notice from ho, they said let us why u should remain in uk, so my solicotor send to them my child british passport and birth certificate and they retuned the the certificate and passport after two days, they also said they will consider my case within 3 months,my quesation is it a good sign that they return the documents so quick? Do you think they will make a decision within three months? No biomartic no interview yet!
