Dependent is NOT mentioned in my passport! Please help

Dependent is NOT mentioned in my passport! Please help

Thanks to this forum, I got my EC 2 weeks ago for me and my wife, stamped for 2 years (old scheme).

But I just noticed that...the "number of dependents" on the EC page is mentioned as ZERO...is that a mistake? Whom should I contact?

And question number two - Do I & my wife have to enter UK within 3 months of date of issue of EC?

Please help me, I searched but couldnt find the answers. Do I need to have Wife's name in my passport & EC page as Dependent? I am confused
