Tier 2 General Dependent Work Restrictions

I am on Tier 2 General Visa of 5 years, I have questions regarding Dependent Visa for my Wife.

1) Can my wife work freely with the dependent Visa with me being the main candidate.
2) Can I similarly apply Dependent visa for spouse for 5 years .

1. Yes except as a Dr or dentist in training.

2. Yes, she will get a visa in line with yours.
