Post by Pappy1 » Sat May 10, 2008 8:05 am

Hi can anyone give some adivse about my situation, i married an irish citizen in july 2002, and got the five years in august 2003, we then lived together till july 2007, when the marriage break down. The problem i am having now is that my wife refused to divorce and she just did not want anything to do with me.
I am thinking of applying for my PR, and i have posted all the document that shows she was working in the UK since 2000, these include her P60, p45 and mine as well.
my problem now is that i don't know where i stand
what will happen if she refused to divorce
thanks
