RESIDENCE CARD

Hi everyone
Please I need help my is EU citizen and me I am not so I apply for residence card, it was posted on 6th of July received on 9th and fees was deducted that same day on the 27th my passport was sent back to me along with the supporting documents along the application. My question is that is it normal for them to send back the application to me....I'm confused

Hi,
While I've not experienced it happening that quickly. Occasionally, you get posters that have had everything completed within 6-8 weeks. As long as they haven't sent a refusal with it, I'd be optimistic. Good luck

same happened to my file. was sent back with documents and i haven’t received biometric,what shall i do?

little same happen with me apply in july i apllied everything comes back after 4 weeks saying no payment recieved but payment was gone i hope that will be your case too

payment was received by them. got an email to that said it was received by them.file returned had no attached letter.

have you received biometric letter? same has happened to me and no biometric letter ,its been 5 weeks since the application submitted

Thanks everyone I'm keeping my fingers crossed... Now my visa has expired, if it turned out negative can still apply with expired visa?
