I was granted Tier1 Entrepreneur visa but still didn't collect BRP, can i apply to my family (wife and kids) right away or i need to collect the BRP first, this is outside UK application

You should be able to apply with the visa approval letter

Besides my own dependant application done quite a while back, I have no other experience.

But put forward your questions here and someone may be able to answer.

Incidentally, why have you not collected the BRP ? Are you still abroad ?

yes i am still abroad and thinking to add my family before going there
