Tier 2 visa and Help to buy ISA account

Hello,

I am on Tier 2 and 1.5 years away before I can apply for ILR. I have a Help to buy ISA account that pays interest.

I do not plan to apply for a mortgage (under this scheme) before getting ILR. as I understand I am not eligible for this while being on Tier 2.

My question is, will just having a Help to buy account impact (but not applying for a mortgage) impact the outcome of ILR application in any way?
