Has your Tier 4 sponsor agreed that you can effectively enroll your course if you are issued a visa now?? (the enrolment date of 21st May has been exceeded by more than 2 months already)

I SUGGEST you transfer your admission to the next semester, cancel the administrative review and apply for a new visa with a new CAS

We would advise that you contact your sponsor to determine their next intake dates and if they wish to still sponsor your application.

Please submit correspondence to us from your Sponsor to confirm the latest situation. Please scan the documents and email them to SheffieldDocsRequested.RestofWorld@fco.gsi.gov.uk marked for the attention of the 'Post Decision team'. With this information we should be able to issue your visa under the existing CAS.

Hi, Did you filed AR on your own or took help of any solicitor or barrister? I got refused as they said that i was not a genuine student. they said my reasons for choosing this university aren't solid enough though my friend gave the same answers and got a visa. I am confused as for should I file AR on my own or through someone.
