Visa entry question urgent (please help me as I have no one to guide me)

Hi I have been assigned Rcos recently and have few question
1) duration of time in which I have to enter in to UK after getting visa?
2) if I have an equivalency certificate from ACCA do I need to give ielts
3) do I need police certificate if I am an accountant
4) do I need TB test if I am from Pakistan but have not travelled to pakistan for over a year
Please help as I have no one to guide ne

1. Your initial visa will be valid for 30 days and you must travel to the UK within the 30 days. You then have to collect your biometric residence permit from your nominated Post Office within 10 days of arriving.

2. Yes, you need IELTS. My understanding is ACCA is not a degree as such (BSc, PhD etc).

3. Unlikely if you are not working in the NHS under the specified occupations.

4. Where are you now and where are you applying from??

2) I have got an equivalency certificate of Master's degree from UK university and ACCA is recognised by UK nardic, will that count
