My wife’s previous boss from 7 months ago has not sent a letter confirming her position. Her old boss lives in the US. The hr is outsourced too and based in US, but they are away on holiday too. They have a uk office, but my wife was the only senior role there. We have the original copy of her contract, plus original , posted payslips however, are these sufficient? Thanks

It is not her current place of work. She has everything from her current place, but she has only been there for 4 months. So because under six months she still needs info from previous employer.

Ok, so the old payslips don’t require a guarantor?
