No response at all from July RCOS

Hi all

I've got no response from my July application with 55 points for RCOS. Neither approval nor refusal.. Anybody around having same situation by any chance?

Any ideas what could be going on?

I was told that the HO may take as much as they need to get back and that I need to wait, and that asking for more info would push them to delay my answer??... Not sure how correct this could be.

Do HO respond via email or tell on the system about results? Really don't get it!

The allocations results have already been published by HO so July is all done. Your sponsor should have been informed accordingly as far as I am aware.

Could you please advise if the result is being sent through on an email or through an online system that employer logs in to check? Wondering if anything could've been went into their junk box.. Thanks!

it is a little bit like my case in 2017. I am not sure whether this will help or not, but I received my CoS 17 days before it was expired. I've received my CoS around 2 month 13 days after the monthly allocation result was posted.

HO didn't contact my employer, so my employer had to sent the special letter (it was employee consent letter with my signature in it) to ask them about my CoS. it was funny because my CoS time was started to count down from the day it was released, not when It was given to me. Anyway, yours might be granted but HO might not say anything to your employer.

The only way you can do is ask your sponsor to push the HO. Hope that helps.

Thanks very much for the below note. I just cant believe that there is possibility of HO to not give any updates.. My employer wants to wait as they think they will hear from them and told me that pushing HO would delay my answer.. Really do not know what to do. But thanks anyway!
