License Application Refusal Help

Hello,

We had our License Application rejected because one of the documents was not deemed to be an original. The wording of the rejection letter states:

If you wish to re-submit your application, you must do so using the online application process, in which you will also be required to make an online payment. You must ensure that you forward your signed submission sheet to us, which must reach us within 5 working days from the date that you submit your online application.

Does this mean that we can reapply without the 6 month time frame wait? I didn't realise there was this time penalty and I'm a bit worried now.
