Approprate rate of pay

Post by Coache » Wed Aug 08, 2018 10:29 pm

Hi CR100,
Can I get an advise as am making an application.

I am applying for TIER 2 visa for medical radiographers , SOC code : 2217. Title radiographer.

My employer stated in my job description and it's for a senior role but they didn't state if the job was for band 5 or band 6.

I work as a band 6. How will the case worker use my job description to know the appropriate rate of pay in my case since am a band 6 and it wasn't stated in my Cos.

They just stated an overview of my role and my salary was stated as well.

Does earning a specific salary for a band count for radiographers ? Or does the Appendix J relate to just the minimum pay for radiographers. They didn't state the new entrant or experienced rate for radiographers in the code of practice.
