FLR (FP) 10 year private life’s route

Hi, urgent question please

my flr fp is due to expire on the 11th of October but I have an appointment on the 7th of August with the premium service to extend my visa as I am travelling in September and I can’t obtain a tourist visa until have a renewed my flr fp visa. Would they decline me because I’m applying earlier than 28 days.

No they should not. You can simply add a note that you have travel plans etc.

Urgent help please!!

My limited leave to remain visa is due to expire on the 11th October. I am travelling on holiday during September so I’ve make appointment to renew my visa early (appt is on the 7th August in Croydon).

What I the likely hood of my visa extension being successful please?

I hope someone can offer the previous experience with apply earlier than the 28 days
