Tier 2 Sponsor Employer duties once Employee gets ILR

Hi All,

I was on Tier2 Company sponsored visa, and I have recently received my ILR. My manager (we are a small company, no inhouse experts) has asked me what are the employer duties in terms updating the Sponsorship Management System now that I have received the ILR. I couldn't find anything on the government website. Would appreciate if you anyone could point out any links to official webpage on this item. Thanks in advance.
