Hello everyone,
I was looking at SET (O) form and there is no provision on this form to indicate that 5 years stay is claimed with 3 years workpermit status and 2 years HSMP status (in my case).
Could someone confirm that an immigrant is eligible to apply for ILR if he has completed 3years under workpermit status and 2years under HSMP status.
If so How would you indicate that to the case worker that this is the case in the SET(O) form.

I was in the same situation as yours (3 years WP & 2 years HSMP). I included the details in the covering letter that I submitted along with my ILR application.

Thank you very much for replying. Could you please give me a list of documents you provided with your application. Thank.

I had the same situation and I applied last week.
The documents I submitted were
1) PaySlips for the last 4 years
2) Bank Statements for the last 4 years.
3) HSMP approval letter and extension letter
4) Work Permit document of one job.
5) Council tax Bill
6) Mortgage Statement
7) Life in UK Test
I havn't got a response to my application yet, but believe from my research that the above mentioned documents would be sufficient.

Just follow the document list specified in Section 8 of the SET(O) form and you should be OK.

Why do you need 4 years bank statements + plus salary slip.
I thought last 3 to 6 months statements would be sufficient.

As I've mentioned earlier, just follow the document list specified in Section 8 of the SET(O) form and you should be OK.
