The OP's friend is from the Philipenes which is largely catholic so the issue of Islamic marriage may not be relevant in his casemartha wrote:I have to say I have every sympathy for the poor UK wife, who is subjected to this. Aberdeen, the reason that some of us can't take your, I mean your very close friend's who has given you all this personal information to put in a public forum application seriously, is because it is both ludricous and illegal.ABERDEEN wrote:think i corrected my sentence in the begining saying

By any chance can (A) brings (C) to Austria on Dependant."
Some people are totally diverting from the issue which is posted.
(A) live on his own merit in Austria on work permit quota, can he bring (C) to Austria on dependant visa.
Am repeating my post again saying
I thought it can be done since becos, (A) is in Austria on his own with work permit stamp.
So if the answer is no, is that becos
Austria will have information about his life history in Uk
or else is that Austria will not give the dependant to (C) because of
Uk PR stamp page in (A) passport.
But again if that is the case it wont be a big thing for him to apply for new passport with Austria work permit stamp and process (C) dependant t Austria.
And dont worry about jail terms, truthfullness, honesty stuff. as he is doing it as per the dependant application form wise and more over all three are leading normal and happy life, no one is going to spoil their life on their own terms by going and complaining to the homeoffice.
So technically can it be done?
Ricky, have you heard of such a thing as sarcasm? Take and deep breath and read my comment againricky wrote:thirdwave:
i am flabbergusted by your comment to Martha ,
who in this planet could guarantee a place in paradise , or in hell , it s up to god after we die to decide !!!!
are you saying a bloke can be an knee cap , a liar , an hypocrite , an opportunist , a materialist , a paedo , but just because someone else became musilm thanks to him all these will be forgotten , forgiven and the bloke guaranteed a ticket to paradise
interpretations , interpretaions , interpretations , thats the tragedy !!!!!where in the book it says this
thirdwive : how you give yourself the right to call an other human being infidel : that s extremisme mate , wake up and smell the roses and learn how to treat human beings as human beings and not *****and have some respect specially to women
Thirdwave, can you please stop complicating this issue?ricky wrote:

FYI, my husband did NOT convert me to Islam. I reverted to Islam by my own merit thankyou very much. and before I even knew my husband. Just goes to show that MAN does not have all the truth all of the time. I doubt very much he has secured himself in Paradise, as I doubt you have, when you jump to such ludicrous conclusions. There was no MAN intervention whatsoever when I accepted Islam.thirdwave wrote:The OP's friend is from the Philipenes which is largely catholic so the issue of Islamic marriage may not be relevant in his casemartha wrote:I have to say I have every sympathy for the poor UK wife, who is subjected to this. PS:Martha, are you aware that your ex husband has secured a place for himself in paradise, with all its creature comforts, by converting you (an infidel) to Islam? You might get him kicked out of the UK eventually but he`d still be better off for all the trouble he caused you
Me too!johnboy096 wrote:I best get my riot gear!!!
