Permanent Residence card base on retention how long will take for approval ???

Hello Everyone
I gonna apply my Eu form 3 base on Retention approved just want to ask on the form they asking something

1- Did we have fill out Ex Partner Details like name, address , PPS and Details if current acctivites ?

2- Did we also need to provide Ex partner Documents like P60 , Proof of address ?
3 - in my Case I don't much proof of address ?
I have her P60s 2013 ,2014,2015,2016
Joint bank statement from 2012 to 2017
And some address ?
What should I red to do?
