High court 7 years ruling came effect in April 2016 and Ho was refusing every body in 2015 in the base of 7 years rules. So now your child will get British citizen and Ho will not able to refuse because court ruling Zh Tanzania in supreme court and there is no any law to deport British child with parents. So just calm and chill it's only waiting game left for you. Be positive.

Ho taking pictures from every body and Ho update their record with recent pictures and HO also taking biometric from every body , so if HO want to grant you visa then they will send you biometric visa card without delay.

hi

HO asking if you have any more documents then provide them , if you don't have any documents then you don't need to send .if HO didn't give you decision within 2 months time, then involve you local MP.

Question

Post by Vivian chi » Wed Sep 05, 2018 6:06 pm

I just want to ask if there's anyone who have any idea of further submission asylum case. I did mine but it was rejected today 5/9/2018. Although I have a child under age 18months old but Home Office didn't consider her in my application. I do suffer from mental health problem which is the main thing I used for my application. But Home Office decision was they do believe I have a family back home my Nigeria. Which I do have a family but my mother has died and my father I don't no his where about. Right my solicitor want us to appeal against the home office decision. Just what to ask if there's any opportunity for me to win this case. The father of my child is a British citizen but because he didn't want me or my child he refused to help me and don't no his where about. I am really scared and sad. Don't no what to do again. Please any advice would be good for right now on what to do next.

hi

when did you made further submission? and go for Appeal and put your all case front of Judge. If your child is British then Home office never deport him and You have strong case.

Hi thanks for replying to me. I made the further submission on 9th of March 2018 and it was refused on 29th of August 2018. I was traffic from my country Nigeria to UK in 2011. I did apply for asylum on 2013 then.I was grants one year to remain then on renewing the application home office refused it as well. I went all my appeal but nothing good comes out of it. So last year 2017 I had my daughter and I was homeless because the father of my child didn't want us, and his name is not on the birth Certificate. Now his name is not on the birth Certificate home office didn't say anything about it. But they said am gonna be safe if I go back to Nigeria which is am not safe at all. Now am suffered from mental health problems and my daughter life is at risk with me, if I asked to go back to Nigeria. And only person I got is my mother and she just passed away last month of August this year. Right now am so confused because don't have evidence from Nigeria to prove am actually telling the truth because everything was changed when the man that trafficked me to uk.my date if birth and my Surname was changed as well. Told Home Office everything but they didn't believe me. Right now everything seems so had for me and my daughter. Do you think something good will come out this? I no your not the judge. but just don't no

hi
did HO give you right of Appeal? if yes then go for Appeal and gather relevant evidence and seek legal advice from your solicitor.

I haven’t been to my back home since I came uk
I finished my main interview n biometric
interview went 2 hour long but it was was simple interview n he didn’t ask me any cross question n have submitted all required document
My concern is because interview went simple does it mean he is already prepare to reject me even thou I have send all prove that I will be in danger if I go back
I am really worried because I have 2year old baby n I am worried about his future

Biometric is to enroll your finger prints and photo at the Post office.
