How do I Apply dependants?? RCOS out of country

I have my COS now and am applying online for my visa. the form asks if I have dependants and all birth dates etc. But when I was connected to pay NHS health surcharge it said only myself no dependants.
Where and how do get my wife and children paid for and entered with my visa? It gave me a biometrics appointment but I don't know if I bring them as well, to be fingerprinted etc.
Really not sure at all and I'm in a race against time here.

I filled out my out of country online Teir 2 Visa app using my RCOS. I filled the blanks for dependant names, dates, passports. Came to the end there were no fees for them or health surcharges only mine? Or if they were submitted at all. I have my biometrix appointment scheduled. I need to know if dependants each apply separately (wife, 3 kids) or was it done with mine???

So, each child as well as my wife apply separately? Why did my application ask for all their info on mine? Do I send them all in together with my paperwork? I need to show proof of funds. If applying separately, do I have to make copies of all bank info for each child? or just bundle into my application ?
