Good Character for British Citizenship

need urgent help when i am eligible to apple for British citizenship.

I come to UK in 2007 as a student acquired permanent Residence in August 2015 Married to my EEA partner in July 2010.
i had valid leave as a student until September 2009 i applied for Coa in August 2009. Coa granted in June 2010
i didn't have Valid leave for 10 months from September 2009 till July 2010.
anyone can please advise me when i am eligible to apply for British Citizenship ? will i be refused under good character ?

any advice will highly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply i was filling online form it says you being legal for 5 years it doesn't refer to 10 years

Please do read the good character requirements, specifically Q14A in the link below. Any period of overstay in the 10 years before your date of citizenship application can result in a refusal and the loss of the fee. 10 months with no valid leave to remain is a long time.
