Salary increase after visa issued

Hi guys,

quick question; what happens once you have received your visa and you get a an increase in salary that is higher than the top figure in the RLMT adverts?

My understanding is that you have to have a new COS assigned?

does this mean you will be issued a new visa and you will need to follow the same process again i.e. go back to your home country and apply for the visa etc

is it simply a case of notifying home office?
