Rather than asking the same repetitive question in every topic, why just search the users posts??
Entirely up to you. Remember though that your dependants (except the child born in UK) will have to restart their 5 year ILR clock. They will have to apply for FLR (M) twice - 2.5 years each - before they can apply for ILRaliabidhyd wrote: ↑Mon Aug 13, 2018 12:46 amCurrently I am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur Ext (50,000) with team member. My extension application is pending in home office with 3 dependents ( wife, daughter(BORN IN uk), son) since 24 July 2017. My interview called on 15th August 2018. On this 21st August 2018 I am eligible for 10 Years Long residence rout. I have got few question in my mind...
1. Should I vary my application from tier 1 entr to ILR?
Yes, you can within 14 days. But you will be an overstayer until the decision is made.aliabidhyd wrote: ↑Mon Aug 13, 2018 12:46 am
2. What happen if I wait for my extension decision? if decision comes against me still I can apply for ILR rather then I apply AR?
You should send in a new application form for SET (LR) and FLR (M) applications for your dependants. Mention in the cover letter that it is a variation of your T1E extension and that the FLR (M) applications should be decided after your SET (LR)aliabidhyd wrote: ↑Mon Aug 13, 2018 12:46 am
3. If I vary my application then what documents should i send to home office and what shaoukld i do with my 3 dependents?
You have to pay and ask for refunds lateraliabidhyd wrote: ↑Mon Aug 13, 2018 12:46 am4. I have to pay the fees for varying my tier 1 to ilr application or should i send a letter with my variation application to home office to reimburst my fees rather then they refund me? is it possibel?-
You do not have to have IHS fees. For your dependants, it is the same as you did for extension. You can get that refunded lateraliabidhyd wrote: ↑Mon Aug 13, 2018 12:46 am
5. how much IHS Nfees for all of us? and what about the IHS fees whih i have already paid at the time of my extension application.
To repeat, if your extension is refused, you can apply for ILR based on Long Residence and your dependants can apply for FLR (M) within 14 days of your refusal.aliabidhyd wrote: ↑Mon Aug 13, 2018 8:57 pmHi marcnath
Thank you so much you always gave me good advice. I am little confused in your one answer you gave me..
I ask...

I don't understand. after decision if negative whatsoever grounds of refusal I can apply for ILR with my dependents. Is it right I am understanding?
1. Useful to either a) continue in your own topic or b) start your own topic with your questions instead of tagging onto another members thread, which is considered rude and creates confusion. See also point 12 in the forum rules FAQs (click)
If you can't meet the income criteria, then the dependants can try FLR (FP) but I understand it is not always easyaliabidhyd wrote: ↑Tue Aug 14, 2018 10:05 pmHi CR001 and Marchnath..
Tomorrow 15th August 2018 I am going to attend my interview. On 21st August 2018 I am going to decide apply for ILR 10 years rout with my three (3) dependents, wife, daughter (Born UK 2013) son born outside UK. But the problem is this that I am unable to complete requirement for FLR M which is 22,600. Please keep in mind currently my application is pending in home office since 24th July 2017.
What is the best option for me to apply ILR 10 years rout with my 3 dependents?

No need to apply for a visa for your child born in UK if you plan to register her for citizenship after your ILR is approvedaliabidhyd wrote: ↑Tue Aug 14, 2018 10:19 pmSo i have to apply FLR FP for my daughter as well whon born in UK and currently her application is also pending in home office with me.
