Tier 2 -Shortage occupancy- More documents requested from the employer

Hi All,

I have submitted documents for Tier 2 General - Shortage occupancy category on 10th August in Priority service.

Today my employer mail from UK Decision making center to submit documents for below

1. RLMT or documents to prove how i am recruited under shortage occupancy category

please guide me to understand what documents my employer should provide now. I am recruited under SOC 2136 - Programmers and software development professionals.
I am afraid about my visa application now

SOC 2136 is a non shortage and a shortage occupation but only falls under shortage under specific conditions/industry. Does your sponsor meet these requirements and do you know what they are??

If RLMT information has been requested, then HO likely view your job as non shortage on 2136.

1. Employer is eligible for raising VISA under Shortage occupancy
2. My nature of Job and job role to falls under Shortage occupancy 2136 - employer verified

today my employer have sent the clarification mail stating all the details to the UK Decision making center.
so could you please advice how long it takes for HO to come back on such cases.
