Hi,

I have a query on similar lines.

I will be applying for my Spouse ILR (SET M) very soon. I was in full time employment until 9th April 2018. Since then I have been an IT contractor with my own limited company. I do not have any tax assessments or CT600 forms etc available for my Company. My earnings from my previous employment from Aug 2017 till April 2018 do cover the financial amount requirement.

Can I use my earnings from previous employment as evidence of meeting financial requirement ? also use my earnings salary+dividend from my LTD company as ongoing earnings ?

Can I do this under Category B

Please advise
