hi

I have really less time to apply for visa,vas deadline is near. thE situation is that I am going to I pay deposit of 2000£to university .


Get my cas and apply for visa my bank statement is 28 day Old and ready have 20000£ in my account. (9135+10250)
my university fees is 12250 £ fee

So I want your opinion that if I apply for visa,will ukvi think negative that I paid only 2000£ fees did not pay full fees.is this going to affect my visa. Will I face problem.

If I use that money than my bank statement will be not used

Yes. There is no requirement in the Tier 4 rules to pay your fees in full. On the contrary, the rules explain how to demonstrate you can pay your outstanding fees. Given the figures you have quoted, you appear to have followed them.

You really don't. It is not about anyone's opinion, especially non-professionals. It is about what is required by the immigration rules. If you need advice on your application, speak to the international student advice person at your Tier 4 sponsor university.
