T2 Visa Start Work Later

Hi All,

I received the approval for my T2 General Visa yesterday, I should collect my BRP during the month of September, my question is that the employer doesn't have a work for me at that time, so he wants me to come to UK to collect the BRP then go back to my home country until he has work load for me. is that applicable? and if so, what are the precautions I should consider? please advise.

Is this a proper employer or an umbrella company or third party company??

He is a proper employer, in fact he had a job for me two months ago, but the project was put on hold since that time, so he doesn't have that project running at the moment, he wants to wait untill the project resumes or he gains another one.

I will collect my BRP end of September; then I will leave UK for a period until the project starts, please advise of what documents/mail should my employer provide to me.
