TB test validity

Hello
I have applied for UK tier 2 VISA on 27th August on priority visa. I just observed that the validity of TB certificate is only till September 14th.
I am worried that it may cause refusal if the process delays. Can anyone help me what should I send in such situations? Or am I worrying too much ? Moreover the validity should be there until I land in UK or till decision process like 5 days in priority visa ?
